CAFP’s Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Committee is seeking members who identify as Latine family physicians to participate in our focus group project. The goal of the project is to learn about the perspectives and experiences of Latine Family Medicine Physicians at CAFP and understand how Latine physicians perceive the benefits and barriers to participation and leadership in the CAFP.
Participation will involve completing a short, 10-minute, anonymous survey online and joining a one-hour virtual focus group session. Session options include May 6, 7, 13, or 14. You do not need to be a CAFP member to participate, so please feel free to share with your colleagues who identify as Latine.
