How many CME credits can I earn at Family Medicine POP?
This is a simple question with a complicated answer! Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending. We anticipate the following:
*Translation to Practice (t2p)® will enable you to earn two additional AAFP Prescribed Credits for every eligible POP session. If one or more sessions marked t2p inspires you to change your practice, take the following steps and earn credit for it.
AAFP / AMA CME Credit
The AAFP has reviewed 2023 Family Medicine POP!, and deemed it acceptable for AAFP credit. Term of approval is from 08/25/2023 to 08/27/2023. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
You may report your CME to AAFP online.
Improve your procedural techniques at Family Medicine POP! Don't miss these hands-on workshops and KSAs taking place pre and post-conference. You are also invited to attend an optional workshop that is included with registration.
